Then only time of year people in Australia eat Turkey is Christmas. Roasting a bird we don't normally eat in the middle of summer. Then we remember why we don't eat it the rest of the year.

The week before he had his offsider (couldn't even do it himself) sack me because "we didn't get the job we were expecting to" he was boasting to me about getting a near new Mercedes S class for $120k because it was a year old. Yes, I earnt way less than $120k a year.

As it was cheaper by 50 cents then getting it from a local wholesaler. Got cranky when we called the office phone instead of the mobile phones as they cost slightly more money. Got the apprentice picking up broken screws from the ground because "they can be used". He loved gambling on pokies though

This just reminded me of the worst boss I had. Reluctantly returned to Sydney NSW after 2 years in the Canadian Rockies. I'm a tradesman electrician. Had his wife doing the office work. There was a Brazilian apprentice who had to wash his car every Friday and look after his kid.

Social media doomers are often misinformation & psyop accounts. As a psyop against Ukraine, Russia has been using a lot of accounts pretending to be Ukrainian and 19 out of 20 posts are positive, but one is a doomer post. E.g. "fighting is pointless"
