In state differential could be assumed to be public funding differences. However, OSU is 5k less than UM but 20k less for Out of State. So Michigan is likely more heavily subsidized.
The 20k difference though I have no idea.

I think a good starting point would be to examine why different schools have such disparate costs.
I.e. Ohio State and University of Michigan.
Similar schools, out state tuition is ~40k and ~60k respectfully.
Instate is 12k & 17k.
I.e. Ohio State and University of Michigan.

I'm seeing a lot of people saying if the new UCS Death Star is $1000 it needs to come with a ton of mini figs. I actually don't want price boat due to mini figs. Only include them if they add to the set and have a place to go in the set

That said if it's on 120 on sale for 80 I wouldnt feel obligated to spend 20 more to make it 100.

I would have a splash scream that transitions to the content so it can load first. I knew what it was going to be, but it took a couple secs to load.
