i also hate that companies are getting away with significantly underpaying, one was willing to offer a max of 83k when i'm looking at senior roles starting at like 120k

it's kind of funny that companies will have a lot of requirements for their candidate and have like multiple interview steps but in the first interview tell you they aren't really sure what level they're hiring for or even what all the steps they want to go through
