Two teens in an electric scooter just snatched a gift bag from my wife, knocking her down. This happened in front of Heuston Station. She noticed that they were also in the same Red Line luas with prior to that. They probably targeted her seeing that she had an Arnotts bag. They must be so thrilled.

Some happy news! A friend just graduated and gave me a thank you gift for helping her in research on AI. It wasn’t a any big help but I’m grateful for the token and I’m happy for her 😊

Less cognitive load as well with the UI being cohesive with the other project types.

Overall, Figma Slides doesn’t have big game changers that set it apart from competitors like ppt, canva, keynote or google slide; but the fact that it’s in the same app as your projects makes it very easy to assemble case studies.

3. You can copy-paste components from Figma Design but you can’t edit them in Slides unfortunately. Would have been cool if you can.

Been making my portfolio presentation in Figma slides lately. First impressions:
1. Easy to just copy paste snippets from your projects in Figma Design or FigJam and paste it there.
2. Doesn’t have master slides but I don’t think that’s necessarily disadvantage.
