One of my goals for 2025 is to write a short story.

I mostly want to write about the Iowa farm crisis in the 1980's.

But there's also the mystery of someone at my seminary who emptied a hand sanitizer bottle, pump-by-pump, into a communal bowl of mints and candy and no one knows why...

I'm going to miss you as will our students!

Once again begging Christmas pageant directors around the world not to harmonize Matthew's and Luke's infancy narratives.

Tell me you are joking!

It's not nearly as good of a story as Brothers K. It's a lot weirder and has a lot of interesting poetry, religion, philosophy, etc. in it. But it's a commitment to read it.

It's been a long time since I posted on social media and now it's been over 48 seconds and no one has liked my post. Is it socially acceptable for me to like my own post? NVM. Already did it.
