Wildly excited about seeing @edwyncollins.bsky.social not once but twice in next few days. A real hero of mine. Found a few of my old fanzines and a family heirloom with an Orange Juice flavour this morning

great show again!

ah a lovely place to be!

fantastic again- were you there Andy?
Released 40 years ago today, how it all came about could fill a book. Soon forgotten at the time by all but a few. Always grateful for the love still out there though, what a difference (a mere) four decades makes 😄

did he say anything about live shows Pete?

Unbelievable band- and yes probably even better now than when I first saw(and loved) them

Superb! And I'll listen out

Pete is he thinking of any gigs?

Can't wait to hear this- even fished out my Planes EP

Quite a show!

Was superb - and great to chat to the mighty Davey afterwards

Happy birthday to Maxine Brown. Here she is performing Oh No Not My Baby live at the Bitter End in NYC in 1968 (with a young Bernie Worrell on piano). The full song and interview is at youtu.be/UtY1Jj9uppU
