This is a really great, teachable example of testimonial injustice if you need one.

I posted this to Facebook yesterday, and so far, people have responded by saying that the author does not understand his own religion, does not understand his own history, does not understand his own language, does not understand how to make comparisons & does not understand his own oppression.

"Language-discordant healthcare is often borne by the most disadvantaged, highlighting the crucial importance of addressing this in advancing health equity."

In response to this article, I'm receiving multiple reports on Facebook that there is, in fact, no war in Ba Sing Se. Huge if true.

This is a rare and valuable interview that discusses the difficult political predicament of linguistic minorities in Tibet.

Although autistic people have long been asking for greater acceptance and justice, I'd like to thank the good folks at Stanford University for ignoring all of that and curing mouse autism instead.

Yes, I'd say it's teachable, but the more important question is whether one side should bear the entire burden of behavior change. The video is aimed at autistic kids. It would be great to see a corresponding video educating folks about autistic interaction and communication styles.

to be fair, although i did start disclosing about autism and eye contact before job interviews recently, i also think we should let the bear die because that's what nature wants

i found this really helpful video which says that if a kid has trouble reading social situations and people hate them for it, they should just read social situations more appropriately. problem solved

if this bear doesn't make eye contact in job interviews he obviously deserves to never get a job and maybe also to starve to death. since it is frustrating when bears just decide to die like this i'm really glad this instructional video exists. problem solved.
