That's true but that's more of a societal weakness. Ideally you build in robust appeal systems and ensure that there's always different mods reviewing appeals for systemic fairness - which is where we are trying to get with time.

you could just be really into genetic engineering, evo-devo, and robust genetics research to try to eliminate disease and enable people to modify themselves how they want

but that guy barely exists

the fact that being really into eugenics appears to sort people for being shitty human is kind of amazing. like there is, in theory, room to be super interested in the area in principle and not be a shitty human being, but the correlation is robust
The Epstein stuff is always so amazing to me because it's like "yes he was a sex criminal but if you can get past that, he was also an avowed eugenicist"

I'll probably get the Steam Box. I love my Steam Deck, so something a bit more robust is right up my alley.

I've really been wanting an updated Steam controller with the little mousepad things like on the Deck, so I am definitely going to snag one of those at the very least.

This is key information to understand the context for this flare up: Takaichi is insinuating that Taiwan, as a former Japanese colony, should be considered under the umbrella of 'Self-Defense'. Also signaling further erosion of the pacifist Art. 9 of the constitution. Everything else is noise.

Thanks to the power of decentralization and ATProto, I have used my own resources and time to create my own robust tech stack that Bluesky can still do this to whenever they want for any reason

There's a pretty, iridescent green beetle in my region called a "June bug." They have a surprisingly strong grip. If they land on your finger you'll really know it. They're also fairly robust little bugs - I've caught one in the face a couple times riding my scooter and the impact is intense.

He won his primary by turning this energy against a nice man with a far more robust concept of public service (and Republican-hatred) than he does. Cry me a river from a great height.

Oh you're right. My writing training before the phd was not the most robust so I accept that I'm sensitive about it. I used to go through 2-3 times as many drafts as other people before I would let anyone else read my academic writing. Still probably go through more revisions than people realize.

That's essentially it. I don't want him on left flank long term. I prefer elite 1v1 pace out there. We're going to need more a robust presence in there in a two. Legs, pace, presemce. progressive passing, etc. I wouldn't be comfortable with any our present two alongside Wirtz over 38 games.

There are plenty of genealogy repositories online where online requests are not required and are as accessible as ancestry (though not as robust). If this is your wish (to see all LE work documented) I don’t think it will be granted.

2)core sovereign capabilities must become more robust and reactive. Future capacities will be more modular, split among more orbits. Responsive launch of backup satellites will be introduced, along with resilient, flexible constellations for connectivity and intelligence

6/ If that is replaced with a fixed amount many people might find the amount too small to purchase a robust health insurance plan. Giving money to people to buy insurance does not protect them from cost sharing plans which often include high deductibles and co-pays.

My brilliant #PhD candidate Georgina Luti 🤩

Her new paper gives detailed, regional evidence for conformable fs-sed sequences, providing robust ages for the #Cradle fossils.

Not an intrusive fs in sight!

And she identifies a whole lot of textural complexity in the fs fabrics

@heriuct.bsky.social
Flowstones from the Cradle of Humankind in #SouthAfrica reveal no evidence of intrusion.

New work, led by HERI’s Georgina Luti, counters arguments that the flowstones are uniform & intrusive, adding support for their role in dating fossils.

I don't think the jury trial was a sham but the prosecutor, judge, and police force all work together. Do you really think they are putting together a robust case to find the police guilty? There should be a separate judicial group that handles police brutality and misconduct.

I'll argue alongside you we need as many skilled young people moving here as we can get! When baby boomers all die and Gen X retires, we'll simply have too few workers for a robust economy.

But the $167k figure is off by almost half. In 2023 it was $118k.

What i want is to feel safe going to the police saying "this guy mugged me." And know that they will treat the issue is a reasonable and responsible manner within a robust social support network.
But apparently that's impossible. So AI racism and invasion of privacy it is then.
