& when practices get sold to private equity / VC, they consolidate, merge, & restructure them to be these weird, convoluted, recursive shell corps directing funding btwn the providers & the insurers, dissipating responsibility, soaking up maximum profit & providing as few services as possible
ERISA won't save you. The ACA market entering a death spiral will cause massive failures in the health care delivery system. Even more hospitals will close. Rural clinics will go under. Entire practices will be sold to venture capital.
Anyway a great way to radicalize people is for them to realize that you just abandoned their chance at being able to access and afford health care because you didn’t like waiting in line at the airport.

I would hate to spend more than a minute in the midst of people who don't see other people as valuable. We created a system that promotes mentally ill hoarders and megalomaniacs to the top, rewarding viciousness. I hope we can restructure our means of providing to be more humane, or we're all dead.
