So I watched the Sea of Stars DLC trailer and of course, I thought of Ringmaster Resh'an. Top hat+suit = a very aesthetic Resh'an in my eyes.

sometimes you're two immortal alchemists on opposing sides who have argued enough for another century or so that the horniness came back in spades and it's time top fuck again but then one of you had to get emotionally overwhelmed because it's been so long since you last touched your ex-boyfriend.
Aephorul is sitting on the edge of the bed, hands over his face, in full disgrace. He is crying. Resh'an, lying on the bed, just gives a look of disappointment. DIALOGUE: AEPHORUL: S-Sorry. Sorry. I didn't mean to cry all of a sudden. G-Give me a moment. RESH'AN: No, it's fine. I'll just declare precum on my butt as tonight's highlight.

Pages 5-8.
Page 5. Scene cut. it is an undetermined amount of time later. In the middle of space stands a lone, floating rock with some ruins built on top. A portal opens and out pops Resh'an with a picnic basket. He sets up picnic, with food and wine, then sits and waits. Page 6. Specter Knight, now the literal Grim Reaper, arrives for their date. He is impressed by Resh'an's picnic display. He asks if this place is Resh'an's spot. Resh'an confirms, saying it provides him with clarity. Page 7. Resh'an mentions he first split time and space on this very spot. Otherwise, he has trouble trying to find a topic of conversation, nervous as he is. Page 8. Resh'an tries to make Specter comfortable and offers suggestion, each one more desperate than the last, including maybe asking if he'd rather be in Paris or in a garden of roses, much like Specter had with Propeller. Specter tries to reassure him that this setup is fine, but Resh'an flips out and apologies for freaking out. "I AM NOT GOOD AT DATING!" Resh'an cries. All as Specter tries to damage control him losing it.

HAAA! Fair. I like that occasionally, Team Solstice is privy to parts of Resh'an he'd really only show to Aephorul. Heck, probably even just fishing itself which doesn't really seem like something he'd do in front of them.

It would absolutely encourage Garl to see more of Happy Resh'an.

Pages 12 -13.
Page 12. Resh'an and Specter end up in a world where a pair of Solstice Warriors failed in their task and has perished for it. Their world is breaking apart as violent tornadoes in the background rip their planet piece by piece. The souls of the warriors regret that they couldn't do anything. Specter lends Resh'an his scythe and temporarily gives him the gift of Death. There, the warriors beg him if there is nothing they can do, even in death. Alas, Resh'an declares their planet is done for. Page 13. The Solstice Warriors are too ashamed to go to the afterlife, too ashamed to even see the souls of the people that have died and will be dying because of their ill-actions. They wonder why they were chosen by the Great Eagle since they failed so hard. Resh'an, without telling the two that he IS the Great Eagle, tells them they did their best. They were stuck in a cycle that gave them so little choice and frankly, the Great Eagle should be ashamed. So caught up in the Solstice Warrior cycle, the warriors decry Resh'an for saying such blasphemy. They were honored to be chosen; how could Death say something so cruel? Resh'an has nothing to say other than to come with him so they can be reaped. The Solstice Warriors ask if they can stay for a bit though.

Specter Knight is by himself, enjoying a book. He is interrupted by Aephorul, jealous that the former has been spending time with his boyfriend (Resh'an.) Aephorul unleashes a World Eater (presented here as a gaping maw with the rest of its body off-screen.) Specter stares at it and only gives off an audibly annoyed sigh. TRANSCRIPT: Specter: *whistling* Aephorul: HEY! Aephorul: I heard you've been flirting with my boyfriend! I don't know who the hell you think you are, but I am NOT a happy camper! Aephorul: You've messed with the wrong person. Feel but a sliver of my power, you cheap Spirit Halloween reject! GO, MY WORLD EATER! FUCK HIM UP! *Specter stares at the creature.* Specter: Siiiiigh... Later, Aephorul teleports to where Resh'an is, sitting on a bench as he scrolls through his phone. Resh'an immediately figures out Aephorul got his ass kicked by Specter, to which Aephorul angrily tells him to zip it. Resh'an cuddles up to Aephorul and suggest they spend the night together. Aephorul, still mopey, agrees nonetheless. TRANSCRIPT: Resh'an: Sooo, how did it go? Aephorul: I don't want to talk about it. Resh'an: Awww, did he kick your butt? Figured out who - what - he was, yes? Aephorul: SHUT UP! I DON'T WANT TO TALK ABOUT IT! *Aephorul grumpily sits next to Resh'an, arms crossed and everything. Resh'an stares at him with amusement.* Resh'an: Do you want to go back to my place and watch a movie? I have a small apartment in this verse, and the landlord makes me meals sometime. She told me she's making lentil soup and lasagna tonight. Aephorul: ...Can I pick the movie? Resh'an: Of course. <3

Page 1. Resh'an wakes up bright and early. He takes a shower and then makes himself a good meal. His dog, Pitou, is happily by his side. The title reads, "Resh'an Goes On a Series of Good Dates. <3" Page 2. Resh'an made eggs on toast. He gives Pitou some and they have a nice breakfast. After, Resh'an opens a portal, gives Pitou a kiss goodbye, and enters the portal. Page 3. Resh'an is in the middle of warping through time and space. There he meets up with his new boyfriend, Specter Knight AKA the Grim Reaper. Page 4. What follows is a series of montage of what occurs on a typical day between the two. The first two panel opens up with them in a flooded city. Panel 3 has Specter talking to someone who has recently perished in an accident while Resh'an watches. Panel 4 has Specter talking to another victim who has died via drowning from the mafia. Panel 5 has Specter and Resh'an as a wolf and bird respectively as the former guides a cat who has recently died to the afterlife. And the final panel as Resh'an and Specter fighting a bunch of ninjas. Basically, Resh'an is there while his boyfriend works his grim reaper business; Specter accompanies Resh'an while the latter fights Aephorul's minions and prevents multi-universal destruction.
