Alors si je peux me permettre… lorsqu’il s agit de cuire de la mozza, autant prendre de la mozza de base, bcp moins chère , parce qu’en cuisant , la mozza de bufflonne perd tt son intérêt . ( c’est un cuisinier italien qui m’avait donné ce conseil ) 😜

Oh! It was pretty good, but a little small for the price. Woodman's has had Lotzza Mozza for $5 the last few weeks, so I've been back on those.

Ohhh interesting! I got the idea from the 4 cheese pizza from Amelia's in Montreal, through some delicious trial and error I think it's a mozza-fontina blend with aforementioned dollops on top, sprinkled with black pepper and oregano. But Greek pizza sounds really intriguing! Willing to share?

Picked up hamburger patties 🍔 from Sausage Makers Deli on Nairn Ave. Airfryer for 10min at 400F. Quick & easy! Added mozza sticks with salsa🧀🍅🌶️ and a couple perishky buns (sauerkraut buns) too! Mmm 😋…leftovers for lunch tomorrow! #yumyumwpg #supper #winnipeg #Foodsky #foodie

Ok i did it

- arugula + red onion seasoned with olive oil+salt/pep
-smoked turkey
-mozza
-red chili paste
-maple syrup
-yellow mustard
-red pepper cranberry jam

Broiled until cheese is brown

Its good. Coulda done without the red pepper jelly OR the maple syrup. A bit sweet but very good

I need to fine-tune the timing of preparing dinner vs. anticipating an edible to hit. I usually heap toppings on pita pizza. Instead I took the easy route w/pizza sauce, a few pinches of herbs/spices, plant-based mozza, and sliced green olives.

Reminds me of college in the 90’s. Every Tuesday I would hit the food court for an A&W Mozza burger, New York Fries poutine, and finish it off with Cinnabon. I could burn 4000 calories a day just by breathing back then!
