high-speed capture of raindrops in the mid-flight of their journey to the ground: the blurry mess of green in the background hosts its reflection in every droplet as the treeline parts subtly in the center, revealing the stormy sky a pink little bud sits against a bunch of pointed leaves: vines stretch along the foreground while a dark background makes a simple mess of green. some of the vines twist into tiny twirls as the vine stem terminates inverted umbrella-like foliage crest about the blurred background as they stretch to the foreground, droplets of a post-rainfall sky rest quietly over top each leaf thick vascular leaves stretch out along this plant as tiny buds sit pre-bloom: in the center of the image, a thin stiletto of light punctuates one of the budding stems, the luminance piercing the cellulose of the plant, igniting the stem into brightness
