The last few weeks have been challenging for me. And draining too. I've barely gamed, mostly due to head sensitivity and partly due to time.

My aim is to make a weekly "plan" to balance everything and get #gaming back in at a good amount while allowing space for other things.
My LOTRO main character sat next to a "pumpkin huorn" a semi-sentient type of tree that walks behind you as a passive pet. Or maybe it's passively-aggressively muttering about me in huornish.

I tend to assume it was a Huorn, and that the old wood is full of them, explaining much of its odd quirks (moving paths, abnormal shadows, hostile attitudes towards hobbits, etc)
With Old Man Willow being perhaps the oldest Huorn in the forest.

The Orc-army that invaded the Wold yesterday meets an unexpected obstacle to their further conquest of Rohan: a force of Ents and Huorn.

They have never even heard of Ents.

A few Orcs survive the retreat back to the banks of the Anduin. Most of those drown as they try to cross.

Now, in the small hours after midnight, Isengard lies quiet and empty. While some of the wild Huorn follow the army south, the rest of the Ents and Huorn move forward and attack. Treebeard sets Merry and Pippin down, and soon is breaking the ring of Isengard to rubble.
