Today’s #MECFS Awareness Day, and I have lots of thoughts but not enough energy to express all of them.

Instead, here are pics from just some of the Awareness initiatives I’m taking part in - plus eight reasons why, year after year, I raise awareness for ME & other complex chronic illnesses...

Sammy also participated in #MillionsMissing just this year, and was one of the best communicators out there about #SevereME. As recently as Severe ME Day, August 8, she was producing content in hopes it would help others.
