I hope I was mistaken in hearing FedLibs believe the answer to Cnd's housing crisis is to just 'build'? If so, PM Carney this crisis will continue thru your time & into the next Gov. Like it or not Feds must take the lead on social non-market housing. Market cannot dictate type of housing builds.
