I think if you're characterising a Govt as more right wing that the Tories on the basis of two issues (one of which I would strongly contest, frankly - he planning bill is not particularly right wing and if anything is classically statist) then you're a short sighted fool.

Wait a moment.

cool. I was thinking about your new age excursion and thinking it might slot into that. But I do remember it being more "classically" oriented than new-agey. ymmv.

And then because of that it makes the more classically cool "Shounen battle" moments hit even harder!

Further evidence of Musk collaborating? The way the mishap was 'handled' looks classically Russian, but the unforced public humiliation of staging that demonstration in the first place...

Russia’s new AI humanoid robot stumbled across the stage before face-planting, in what experts are calling the perfect metaphor
Russia’s first AI-enabled humanoid robot, AIdol, has just made its debut at the Yarovit Hall Congress Center in Moscow, courtesy of robotics firm Idol. It wasn’t what we’d describe as a triumph. Russi...

I was watching an episode of the new show Talamasca: The Secret Order and even though it was just a split second in a scene, I spotted a classically inspired three-bladed waterline ram… I might have a problem. Or the worst superpower.

"Our results show a classical supercomputer would require more power than the Sun—or, in fact, the combined power of all stars in the visible universe—to complete the same task in the same amount of time."

But ChatGPT just gave me a long list of superheros that are more powerful than the sun!

The Kennedy men have always been classically handsome. Hell, JFK was such a big deal, in large part, because that was the first election with televised debates and he looked really good on camera.

RFK Jr looks so bad only because he has completely fucked himself up at every opportunity.

You’ve got a bunch of classically trained musicians who do the same music four dudes in a garage came up with

I mean I know who tends to be more artistic lol

Thanks for the pointer. She is classically confusing having become wealthy with actually knowing something other than how to become wealthy.

I've read and seen a lot about how Republicans decided to play the long game to implement their agenda. When it started long ago, most Republicans were classically conservative. That has changed to the point that some have refused to criticize Nazi's. How do we deescalate America?
Blame the shutdown on citizens who prefer politicians to vanquish their opponents rather than to work for the common good
Politicians get blamed for government shutdowns. But does the fault lie also with citizens, who are more invested in punishing partisan rivals than in demanding competent government?

Many modern day Tech Guys are not classically trained engineers but smooth talking marketing dudes.

(No reason why they couldn’t also be well-read but it’s a different mindset.)
This is absolutely the case. Tech Guys of previous generations, to the extent that that category can be read back into the 19th and 20th centuries, were shockingly well-read by modern standards
it’s also notable how the techbros of today really don’t read *books* anymore - this was really not the case for the Tech Guys of earlier generations, far as I’ve been able to tell

I wasn’t disagreeing with you at all, just saying they’re not even what we’d classically think of as real cops, so this is to be expected from untrained thugs acting like officers

So... I definitely appreciate the value in being able to sight read, but for me (and I think a LOT of guitarists), a combination of chord charts, tab, and theory to know how progressions naturally resolve, and what scales fit over them is kind of the non-classically trained happy place.

There are a number of obnoxious little pinheads in this sick regime sporting what is classically termed a "punchable face."

This little ferret, with his poor intellect and stunning lack of empathy, is moving to the top of the list.

I'm a classically trained oil painter, too, and used to do live paintings of people. And the emotion of it is what really stands out to me.

First and foremost, he'd want her comfortable for long sessions, and in seeing where his focus was, he seems captivated enough by her to even forget himself.

and need to count it out a bit. I could then map this out to the notes on a piano and play this chord (and then call it a power chord to irritate my classically trained pianist fiance) I could also see a system where one knew simply what note to start on and looked at the intervals between the notes

Gotcha, I suggest taking a simple music course from yt and just slowly go from there. Im a classically trained musician but not a pianist. Unless you start off young on piano it can be challenging learning it. But like anything else in life, you practice to hone your skills

Very much do. From what I've been told, Pru's brothers were all ginger. She was the odd one out and they were all born in Glasgow. Pru's undercoat is pale grey. She has pale grey on the back of her tail and grey rings around her tail. Otherwise she is classically tortoiseshell. 😊

I don't totally agree. NOAH is classically is trigger shy, but they don't really give up on their investments. Junta is a great example. But one of the reasons I didn't want Inamura to beat Kenta was because of that perception. So I do understand why people would feel that way!

Also boy do I feel for Bond writer Steven Knight and director Denis Villeneuve. What a classically silly exec note to be trapped having to answer.
