Each state has a disciplinary enforcement mechanism. In Illinois, it’s the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission. ARDC. When lawyers get a letter or bar beef, they shit their pants. They are EFFECTIVE at getting rid of pettifoggers. Lying to a tribunal is a biggy. Complaints are online.
