Final weights for our home raised Orlopp Bronze Mammoth turkeys. 6 total. No, I'm not a professional processor. The skins looks rough, but we don't eat the skin anyway.
Toms: 35.8 lbs, 37 lbs and 38.6 lbs.
Hens: 20.8 lbs, 20.8 lbs and 24 lbs.
