I’ve got a list of herbal supplements from my doctor, including a hefty dose of 1200 mg of fish oil daily. 🐠💊🤮I’m working on sleeping alone and attempting to reduce my Vyvanse intake, which has been quite a challenge. The Ginkgo supplements are quite expensive so I’ll have to go au natural 🧠🤣😸
