Ever thought about replacing Explorer completely? There are lots of cool alternatives out there, many of which have customizable copy handlers (e.g., Taskmaster in #OneCommander). Or a less extreme option like an Explorer add-on/extension might be preferable. Have you seen #TeraCopy or #Ultracopier?

This would be much more useful if it actually remembered the choice. And yes I do have "Put at the bottom" in the Prefs.
