Alex Warren’s Ordinary is the UK’s biggest song in 2025.

It beat Olivia Dean’s “Man I Need”, “Messy” by Lola Young, the Kpop Demon Hunters hit “Golden”, and former Christmas number two, Gracie Abrams’s “That’s So True”.

Bruno Mars has two top 10 songs.

Only three in top 10 are released this year.

Its more "you can have late night service or you can have holiday service, if you try for both you will have bad service, bad construction costs etc".
Personally I prefer the Japanese "close before midnight, operate every day of the year" to the UK's trade-off.

All three of the UK's women PMs were Conservative Party, Thatcher, May, and Truss.
I think our best hope is for a Nikki Haley and not a Lauren Boebert.

It's my favourite Japanese monster movie. The miniature work alone - and the sheer scale of the miniature work - is breath-taking. It has distinct plot similarities to the UK's "Gorgo" (1961) but, to my mind, no other Japanese kaiju film has ever bettered it.

Vance's position is ahistorical. France is America’s oldest ally, dating back to the Revolutionary War. The UK’s “special relationship,” solidified during World War I and has stood the test of time.

The timing of this interview is interesting. Makes you wonder what he is teeing up for in 2026.
