On a #NewZealand tiki tour in #Taranaki. Wonderful day hikes in true rainforest. And I’m told there’s a big ol mountain…right there? Same vibe as biking thru SanFrancisco’s Presidio in August & I have to convince the shivering tourists that, yes, the GoldenGateBridge really is out there.

Movement on #SanFrancisco's notoriously stalled Oceanwide Center.

Control of the project was just transferred at auction from its troubled developer to a lender.

This is a big moment for downtown's office market. The foreclosure clears path for new developer/investor to step in. @sfchronicle.com
Downtown S.F. towers project, stalled for years, auctioned off as planned reboot takes shape
On Thursday, the project’s developer was officially cut loose from the failed development plan, potentially opening the way for a new buyer to acquire the property at a heavily discounted price.

Embarrassing. #SanFrancisco’s version of the classic Waffle House Brawls: WW tech worker, drunk on booze and entitlement, antagonizes staff in an #SF restaurant, gets hustled out to the sidewalk, then gets clocked — and later gets fired by the app company where she worked. 🤦🏽‍♀️
