I doubt you're looking for solutions rn, but sometimes taking a really hot shower helps me, or acupuncture if I have regular appts.
People say Botox works great, but if you get shots in your neck, you won't be able to work those muscles out (my NP called it 'barbie neck') so def a tradeoff

Technically No they don't need LVN/RN but they need NP. 😔 I am there for extra help and admin work. The Big Corporate People claimed they've been losing money since covid but said they'd hire new MA/LVN/RN to support new changes coming. They're just letting a lot of us go for some reason??

"nurses make money" and school is expensive. a "nurse" (CNA) doesnt need a degree. but a nurse (ADN) needs an associates. but a "nurse" (RN) needs a bachelors degree. but a "nurse" (NP) needs a masters. none of those are free!!!

My mother just retired from being an NP after 20-some years of that, plus however many before as an RN. I chalk it up to the system is over-burdened and understaffed, and the staff that are there are wildly underpaid and underappreciated because most providers are owned by private equity now.
