There's a lot of questions one can ask about why they'd watch Idolmaster.
I stepped into the series with a preconception that it was *the* symbol of what I believed were the things wrong with Otaku media. That it was the line which pointed to a world "without pain", where all the girls were (cont)

Like take a moment to put aside every preconception you have about who is and isn’t human, and imagine — really, sincerely imagine — what it takes for a human being to become so full of rage and hatred and helplessness that they literally blow themselves up just to take someone else down with them.

Just spotted the headline calls her ‘young’ which might be comforting for those of us over 40, but does speak to a preconception about suffragettes…

I have three good friends who are autistic and also very different from each other, people love to get upset that the world doesn't conform to the preconception they made up

I want to share space with people without expectation and preconception of who I'm supposed to be I think. At least partially. Not exclusively so.
I dunno man, there's 15 years of stories baked almost immutably into my existence online, and I may have Pavlov'd myself into multiple feedback loops.

I think the preconception is We Went Over There but They Never Came Over Here because We Wouldn't Allow It. Like legit people think the entire thing was one way.
Not like these days when Millions Of Immigrants Come Over Here To Steal Our Jobs, apparently.

my preconception is that solo albums only particularly shine when made by former vocalists, guitarists, and/or songwriters in a band. rhythm section solo albums don't get a whole lot of love. but John Cale doesn't feel like "just a bassist" when you listen to his stuff. actual musical auteur

It's a lot of men making fools out of themselves and causing a woman trouble just because they won't believe a word she says unless it fits with their preconception of her. There are other subplot etc., but they all stem from the department store.

Maybe the thing with bordeaux as a primary is a 4th wall thing. First thing I think of with clothing for it is a crewneck, certainly not anything summer-related when the Tempo play
So I guess the bit is
Unique focus on tempo = we're redefining every timing-based preconception?

Yes of course. It doesn’t matter who is in power. They’re both the same. Therefore I can maintain my sense of moral authority while refusing to actually participate in the process. It’s all rigged you see. The fact I feel neither candidate deserves my vote is proof of this underlying preconception.

You wouldn’t actually stumble around like a big dumb guy, though. Just be friendly and respectful and people will like you, as long as you’re in the regular spots. It’s the people who have a preconception of who they are or what Japan is that are the issue.

Thank you!!! It is our shifting preconception of dated English, not realistic medieval language. Which is fine, also, because Dragon Age is not actually on our timeline kajskaks seems like we just feel we need to hear Ye Olde type shit when there isn't modern technology present 💀

Concerts at least have a preconception of there being audience participation depending on the artist. Imagine you're watching a musical and they stare into the lens and say "Sing along if you know this one!"

Value-less anything is a delusion. We always have a preconception. The good way to deal with that is: being aware of one's preconceptions and preferences. This is especially true in any scientific work.
