Privatisation has been creeping into the NHS for decades(as a life long NHS professional who has witnessed this gradual change) The effect is less money for frontline services and the patients(and staff) will always suffer.

Productivity in 2025 is more than 200% higher than in 1970.

That means 33% of people could work, and 66% could be unemployed and we would be as rich as we were in 1970 and produce as much.

Instead almost everybody works, and all their labour is stolen by our billionaires.

So sorry for your loss Dr Rachel. My late mother also died from metastatic cancer,many years ago, but she had great care from the NHS and the family,but it still hurts to this day. #NHSSOS 💙

Sadly private health care has been creeping into the NHS for decades.(and I worked in the NHS for many years) Lots of "contract " NHS work is taken by private providers,then charged at high cost to the NHS! We need to save what's left of this essential institution ! #NHSSOS 💙
