literally the only good thing BfA did was give us some cool races to play as like Zandalari and Vulpera and long requested Mag'har and Dark Iron (even if they fucked over customization options you can choose for a lot of initial races, nightborne especially, ugh at launch nightborne)

- during the Heritage-Questline, I originally put him in the Bleeding Hollow Clan, as i felt it was fitting, until I realized that the Dragonmaw searching for redemption was an ever better fit for a blademaster
- the young Mag'har orc I mentioned earlier is indeed another of my OCs

When a young Mag'har orc he had trained left to join the Horde, Shagroz followed him, and saw for himself the change the Horde had gone though. Satisfied with the result, he returned to the Horde, and fought against the third Invasion of the Burning Legion.

Mag'har got some pretty recent lore in TWW though. So I don't think it's a matter of "They're forgotten".
I think it's moreso just a matter that Orcs and Mag'har compliment each other. While Blood Elves and Void Elves do not currently.

Ehhh the Mag'har kinda cannibalized what would have been a more compelling story in Arathi during Heartlands with regular orcs.

I think it helps that Blizzard pretty much forgets they exist 99% of the time or when they do they get treated the same as Mag'har Orcs from Outland rather then their own culture from a different timeline

Looking at the stuff going on with the Void Elves, High Elves, and Blood Elves.
Is I am so glad that the Mag'har and Orcs coexist. And don't cannibalize each other's lore. Instead of the Mag'har taking all of the good stuff (Clan Cultures). Instead now both the Orcs & Mag'har have that.

This is so frustrating too because it would be SO EASY to do a cool angle with the Horde leveraging the Shadowmoon lady who showed up at the Kosh'harg and the Shadowmoon members of the Mag'har alongside Forsaken Shadowpriests to FINALLY address the Horde's view on the void and... we get nothing!

I missed most of WoD, but even I could see problems with its rep and table grinds.
That said, I’m a sucker for Orc lore and love how it fleshed out the clans, and Draenor in general, and later when we got playable Mag’har the RP options for the clans and stuff was really good.

Honestly, I'm pretty okay with her being heel-turned. A mass of example of what happens when the Light gets out of hand is nice? And it isn't as if she matters over there on Planet Inaccessible. Supposedly that timeline completely collapsed after Mag'har were evacuated so we'll never see her again.

Yeah. She said to Illidan that his redemption lay before him. Remember he enslaved Krokul, turned Mag'har into fel orcs and did so much else. Xe'ra was willing to forgive this, but A'dal wanted Illidan punished despite his opposition to the Legion, and I can't blame A'dal!
