Its a bet: China carries russias debt.
I'd say china has to decide, whether it loses its grip on the U$D or will continue consolidate russias debt with Dollar.
When the weight rises it will have to make a decision. Odds are: Losing economic strength due to currency liability.

The C-Suite Cyber Crackdown: Why Your Delegation Strategy Is Now a Legal Liability
Introduction: A seismic shift is occurring in corporate governance, moving cybersecurity from a technical IT concern to a core pillar of executive accountability. This new paradigm demands that executives personally certify their organization's cyber resilience, transforming the CISO role and forcing a proactive, documented, and continuously monitored security posture.

I wish the government could take back control (sic) of water, and sue the rapacious scum who gouged the public for years. But just like Michelle Mone and her thieving husband, they hide behind limited liability laws and get away scot free, laughing all the way to the bank with our stolen money.

Absolutely, and a government that will only do the right thing when it feels threatened by the popularity of another party, is a liability that needs to be ditched.

All of the above, but from my legal perspective, the courts are overwhelming agreeing that AI cannot own (and therefore cannot assign/transfer) copyright. So using gen ai in your game creates liability and likely would breach standard warranty terms in any publisher agreement

What’s really nice about Donnie is the longer he acts like a dogs best turd. The more people are starting to realize how much of a liability in our country he has become. Besides he’s been becoming his his own worst enemy. The bets are starting to get placed.

Yeah, that's my preference. I used it initially as a way of allowing people who supported my work on FB to move to another social platform, and to build a mailing list. Less liability though Substack. But it's essentially just like the old blogging networks. Personal website + SM.

yeah it's kind of sad, companies literally being paid to try and use it and they can't or are discovering it's a liability, so the headline becomes "everyone's secretly using it all the time trust us bro"

I’d say a good third of my time as a working artist involves spending way too much time searching for and filling out show applications online only to get stymied at the end by a weird request like to provide pictures of my studio or proof of liability insurance.

The UK doing this, and Canada beginning to have discussions about legal liability, could be the beginning of the end of the Five Eyes agreement (although Trump and Hegseth have already made it highly suspect).

Today is @NationalSurvivorsDay and while we commend the Victorian Government’s announcement that they will introduce retrospective vicarious liability laws by the end of the year, we are concerned that loopholes will be left in place for other “volunteer” employees.
