As a consequence, this antibody should not be used for IF-based KIF15 quantifications - especially in interphase cells.

#ServiceNotification for the few that work with #KIF15 : please note that the polyclonal KIF15 AB #55407-1-AP by #proteintech creates lots of specific-looking background in IF (especially in interphase cells) that IS NOT KIF15! As tested in a KIF15 KO cell line rescued with a FLAG-tagged WT KIF15.

We also uncover a core subnetwork consisting of KIF15, NOVA1, RB1CC1 and SPAG5. This subnetwork was found to be a central regulator across cortex cell types.
