Yup, hired trolls get their own set of VPN IPs for spoofing. Or check out HideMyAss which is a subscription service to get an IP in any country. It's whack a mole.

Move your email to Proton, if at all possible. They have a free tier that's still pretty good.
Get a VPN and use it. Proton has one that I like. ExpressVPN is good too, as is HideMyAss. Use a VPN especially for sensitive conversations/transactions.
