@SmartmanApps@dotnet.social yeah I get what you mean, Threads is a fairly special case. That said, I don't think Mastodon's dominance is quite as high as 90%. fedidb clocks it around 70 and IIRC Misskey's MAU numbers are usually said to be lower than what the reality is.

Really great progress on the Ghost fediverse integration, I am honestly excited to see this roll out. And also psyched to see instances start to show up on @fedidb from now on

But, we are not *that* far off of that outcome on the fediverse. FediDB says right now, total fediverse MAU is hovering a bit below a million; 973k. mastodon.social is 273k MAU. Losing 28% of your users is pretty far off from losing 99% of them, but it would still be pretty devastating.

브라질에서 X(Twitter) 서비스가 중단된지 5일만에 블루스카이 신규 가입자가 2백만을 넘어서면서 전체 가입자가 850만 정도가 됐네요. 조만간 9백만, 천만을 넘을 듯하고요.
한편 FediDB가 집계한 마스토돈 전체 가입자 수도 넘어섰습니다. 물론 이 집계에 빠진 서버들의 가입자까지 합치면 이보다는 많겠지만 그 것도 며칠 후면 여유 있게 넘어설 듯하고요.
