A wee 'Hairy Hippie'.

Normally I can't get it to look right using the flat of the wood as a facing. I normally use the edge of the block. But this one worked. Right? Right???

Go slow. Don't be discouraged when trying a new hobby (or anything new, for that matter). You haven't developed the muscles or the feel for it yet.

It’s a fairly cheap hobby! I recommend a Flexcut starter set and cut resistant gloves. You can find Basswood at craft stores or online. Lots of great YouTube tutorials too, I recommend
