Like, Deku's arm plot in season 2 never went anywhere, really. Deku lost his arms in s8 and it was pointless because he immediately gets them back. Baku's arm plot in s8, doesn't matter since he does rehab and the next time we see him, it's working again. Baku dies, but who cares, since he's back
