3/ Hypoxia can make tumours more aggressive and resistant to radiation. Using clinical datasets, we identified hypoxia signatures in DIPG/DMG patient tumours and in DIPG mouse models. Tumours with ⬆️ hypoxia scores also had ⬆️ OXPHOS gene expression.
