Great idea state by state would be more powerful . I believe the class action lawsuits would show them the people have remedy and will use it to the fullest and stand on it. The law of 1974 is one portion to begin the lawsuit,put them on notice and look further in patriot act 1 and 2 cyberlaws

Same with all these bad cyberlaws: broad and vague, weaponized against critics, all supposed to be against inciting hatred and causing unrest. This time it's Indonesia.
