You’re not arguing science, 🧪 you’re pushing ideology. Some bodies can’t thrive on vegan diets due to genetic/metabolic factors—MTHFR, FUT2, BCMO1, etc. Ignoring that isn’t “evidence-based,” it’s erasure.

You said a lot of nothing just to dodge the fact that genetic diversity does affect dietary needs. Outcome studies don’t erase bioindividuality. And if metaphors are all you’ve got left, maybe sit this one out
