looking at Trump's cabinet appointees....

....you gotta say Trump has a point

Its decision to leave the Tory appointees in post at the BBC is one of so many Labour have made that I can't begin to understand. Any guesses?

The Massachusetts District Court has 11 Democratic appointees among its active judges and two vacancies.

After the resignation of Wolf, who was appointed by Reagan, it has 4 each of Democratic and Republican appointees among its senior judges. (Senior judges generally oversee a reduced caseload.)

The same Democratic Party that just surrendered in the shutdown fight:

- gave up pandemic relief without a fight
- failed to ban gerrymandering
- gave up on Build Back Better
- voted to confirm Trump’s appointees.

Rollover.
Wither.
Die.

Like Fox News line: Democrats win, they lose.

Defend the BBC with everything you have.

We know how it’s been infiltrated by Tory political appointees but it’s OURS. It’s the only independent media we have left. That’s why they want to destroy it.

The outcome of the GOP's Trump-backed gerrymandering scheme now lies in the hands of federal judges, whose rulings could determine House control for years to come. Remarkably, nearly half of the judges overseeing these cases happen to be Trump appointees.

EXCLUSIVE: As the 2026 midterms near, the battle over GOP gerrymandering is moving from state legislatures to federal courts. Notably, 48% of judges overseeing these redistricting cases, which could shape control of the House, happen to be Trump appointees.

Don't forget all of the unqualified Trump appointees she voted for.

Good opportunity to get rid of Johnson appointees though.

This is Robbie Gibb.
He and the other right-wing political appointees to the BBC are a big part of the problem there.

Everyone knows that the BBC, since its stuffing at its highest level with Tory appointees, is rightwing.

Yet UK media, especially the Murdoch press, has had a long-running campaign to gaslight us that the BBC is leftwing.

I wonder why that might be!

5 of the 7 Florida Supreme Court justices are DeSantis appointees which makes Klayman's suspension from practicing law even more surprising.

Finishing with this call I think we'll all agree with:

"Turness and Davie have gone. It is a good moment to clear the decks- at the very least Robbie Gibb- and all political appointees to the BBC, should go with them."

Political appointees are a blight on our institutions. Time to end it.

It’s so blatantly obvious the agenda on BBC Scotland news is biased towards the union and anti independence but it’s controlled in London by gov appointees, because Westminster will stop at nothing to avert independence!

See folks, when you don’t vote for the Democratic nominee, you get Cabinet appointees like this put in charge of your air travel.
Elections have consequences.

Almost like you should have held him responsible for the conspiracy to prevent the certification of his duly elected successor and install himself as dictator, or at least stopped voting for his appointees.
This is what happens when Congress allows the President to appoint his criminal defense lawyers to run the Justice Department.

When he is gone, prosecute and deal with KKK spokeswoman Karoline, and all of the other Trump appointees. Challenge the immunity he is attempting to give to the January 6 plotters and insurrectionists and take down the Trump empire and give the stolen money back to the Government.
