They truly are just programmed thought patterns and you can begin to change them over overtime using affirmations.
Anytime you find yourself thinking you’re really negative thought try replacing it with an opposite/ positive thought.

Everytime I ask for Home Office (instead of being sick, normally once or twice a month for a day) I feel bad. Not sure why as it's better than calling in sick for that day but narf... I feel lazy and not worthy when I do that 🙄
