Sonia Henriques at #ASBMB2023 inhibiting PPIs of LDH5 with spider beta hairpins; gets into the cytoplasm!! ; but acute toxicity due to membrane disruption. Engineered to eliminate membrane disruption. Still inhibit PPI, still get into cells, and kill cancer cells. Amazing 👏 🕷❤️
