Per AS/JF: Here's the breakdown of the $365 million in combined damages that 23XI and Front Row are suing #NASCAR for. An economist has spent all of Monday testifying how he determined NASCAR owes 23XI and Front Row $364.7 million in damages.

Michael Jordan took the witness stand Friday, saying 23XI sued #NASCAR because he felt that "someone had to step forward and challenge the entity to understand that it is a real concern from our aspect," in terms of charters not being permanent or having better economic terms.

What. A. Mess. There is no way in any world that #NASCAR wins this. It is simply a matter of how much 23XI/FRM will be awarded. And to think that the we have some of the most beneficial witnesses for the plaintiffs yet to come. How bad will the defense f^ck up when it's their turn to question them?

Judge said he hoped 23XI/FRM can finish their side tomorrow. They still have four more witnesses after the economist with the last three Phelps, Childress and Jim France. So that could stretch into Wednesday. They are making #NASCAR call Curtis Polk as a witness.

Arguing with people on Facebook about the whole NASCAR vs 23XI/Facebook is pointless. You go people that really on NASCAR’s side just to see Denny fail. people holding grudges against Denny Hamlin. It’s crazy to me.

23XI/front row have not covered themselves in glory here but they seem to have the right of it, NASCAR should’ve sucked it up and paid out. depending on the verdict this has the *potential* to, like, kill stock car racing as a national sport. this sport cannot survive a sanctioning body split

#NASCAR said they had told Penske that Monday would work for his testimony and only day he is available next week. Judge said he wouldn’t let them do Penske until after 23XI/FRM were done with their side and that won’t be before Tuesday-Wednesday.

🚨 NEW: A major antitrust showdown is underway: Michael Jordan’s NASCAR team, 23XI Racing, is suing NASCAR for allegedly running an illegal monopoly. The suit claims NASCAR blocked rivals, bought up racetracks, restricted car use, and even acquired a competing series to kill competition.

Today's interesting nugget was that Speedway Motorsports had asked to host SRX for revenue, but NASCAR said no. Which is a key point for 23XI/FRM to connect with NASCAR's exclusivity language for teams even though NASCAR says they've never denied a request. They approve everything until they don't.

Daytona would look a lot like the 1996 Indianapolis 500, there’s no way NASCAR gives the other side more than a token opportunity. You’ll have ARCA field fillers getting setup sheets from Hendrick and Penske to knock the 23XI cars out

I dont think Denny will even be there tomorrow or Tuesday. I think Micheal Jordan will be in court as the face of 23XI and the plaintiffs. I mean hes the most well known person involved in the case. It would be smart to let him represent the teams in court during jury selection

Almost every other new release of these documents just makes me more and more mad that only Front Row stood with 23XI at the end of the day.

NASCAR is winning the case for 23XI/FRM at this point being so intimidated by SRX Racing. God they are petty assholes geeze.

I don't think in my entire life I've seen something as damning as the NASCAR messages that got revealed today. Like, this shit alone should win 23XI and FRM the case.
Just an incredible bit here.
