helped fix a pyright bug in prefect today. when calling async tasks with wrong arg types, it showed: "State[CoroutineType[...]] is not awaitable" instead of a normal type error

the problem: loading profiles with lots of namespaces was painfully slow. tested with baileytownsend.dev (32 namespaces) and it was taking forever
