Makes me wonder if I should adjust the ratios for the voting, 4% size for a primary vote and 2% for a secondary might get crazy if the participation doubles. For now I'll keep it as is.

Lying on his back, Oliver focused all of his magical energy into his belly. As the magic built up, his belly began to swell; bloating and containing a mass of magical power is something that he'll need to practice in order to master his magical abilities.

Thanks! I did take a bit of extra time adjusting and fixing up these from the growth drive, surprised what tiny details change between each part of the sequence when you look. I had a problem with hands and feets inflating too big
