This took longer than it should have but playback works again in AIVE!
What happened?
AI Video Editor (codename AIVE) proof of concept was a single-user tool. It stored files in a local folder and project data in a json file.
This doesn't seem like it would scale well, does it 😄

Mermaid Visualizer tool (might need a better name, suggestions in comments?) got a facelift.
