if you’ve never been camping before you should call the tourist information centre for the area you plan to visit! and TELL THEM you have never been camping before. and if the area you plan to visit doesn’t have a helpful tourist information centre, you need to change your plans

Australia banned the episode of Peppa Pig that told you not to be afraid of spiders. we should certainly ban the ad that tells people who have never been camping to ask a chatbot for advice. without LOCAL, CURRENT advice, camping can be extremely dangerous. it kills way more people than spider bites

For instance, I'd struggled with algebra, but by the time we were learning calculus (Australia doesn't split maths up into different areas) I could handle the algebra required but never get there hang of calculus, or whatever.

Learning is really weird. When I was in second and third grade, I was doing maths work a grade higher (very small rural school, so the classes were like 2/3/4 all together). By the time I was in sixth grade, I was struggling with maths; by Year 9, I noticed I was finally getting ideas a year late.

I guess so. I'm a former live captioner myself, and I get really frustrated when captions on non-live media are wrong. I think half the problem on YouTube Shorts is that they're using the TikTok video with captions burnt-in, so it's too late to fix.

Josh Shapiro's history with one of the biggest republican donors in the state Jeffrey Yass, is KNOWN and APPEALING to corporate democrats. He tamed the beast through appeasement. That's what these people want.
What’s behind Josh Shapiro’s support for school vouchers?
Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro — believed to be on Kamala Harris’ vice president shortlist — supports using taxpayer money for school vouchers.

People assume pundits and moderates like Josh Shapiro because he's pro-Netanyahu and a moderate, and that's part, but the real important issue for them is that he FUCKING LOVES RICH PEOPLE MONEY. He can't get enough of fundraisers.

Many of the top names for 2028 are primarily online fundraisers
