Yeah this ain’t doing it. 2nd line treatment, dirty affect. incomplete response. We’ll see if that improves over the week. I’d expect to be on 8-12mg of Ativan and be clear as a bell.

I’d want a play shop with old Japanese machine tools. Two of each kind of thing. Manual and like, late 80-90’s CNC machines.
