He’s done a lot to dislike, but I think racking up catastrophic failures one after another has got to have severely given pause to anyone considering trusting one of these things with their life - moonshot or not. It’s going to take a *lot* of good launches to push the odds beyond suicidally awful.

They’re making solid progress on a plan that involves far fewer technological challenges than the US one.
