Today is the International Day of Women and Girls in Science.

I have a picture of me here today as I wonder if many people would identify me as working in science but as a Registered Nutritionist, I am also a scientist.

I’ve been at a Nutritionists meet up in London today

We all connected on LinkedIn and it’s taken a year for us to finally meet in person but we met today

We didn’t stop talking all day from the minute we met

We all clearly love what we do and our passion for the Nutrition profession shone through

🍐What’s in Season in the UK in February?

🥶Despite the cold, wet and stormy weather, there is still lots of gorgeous produce in season right now

🥬My absolute favourite this month is Purple Sprouting Broccoli.

I've finally joined Bluesky. If anyone of my Nutrition friends are on here, please come and say hi and help me start to build connections. I'm hoping this will be a friendlier place than Twitter/X has become.
