Im Februar und im April '23 haben Experten vor Hochwasser in Norddeutschland gewarnt. In Dezember kam das Hochwasser. Hatte es in der Zeit Vorbereitungen gegeben? Nein. Nichts. Eine betroffene Bekanntin aus Lilienthal hat sogar Sandsäcke aus einer anderen Stadt selbst organisiert, da es keine gab.
