Honestly, the best way to make an artist’s day is by being very specific about what you like about a piece. Geek out a lil. Gush over how they use line, color, texture. Every mark is layed down by the artist, so if you can connect with those little moments, it helps the artist feel seen.

At the end of July, El was proposed to by her girlfriend, with a ring and everything! :D Naturally, when the chance came up, I *had* to ask @erosyiren.bsky.social for a piece depicting the scene, and we couldn't be happier with the result!
