I'm confident that the helium needed for MRI applications will significantly drop in the next years. Siemens, for instance, just won a price on MRI scanners needing less than a liter of He for cooling. Steps like this will buy us a few decades.

AI models in this field have come a long way and enable robot-assisted minimally invasive surgeries through enhanced visualization and feedback control -> they make it easier for human operators to perform a surgery precisely & safely, ultimately aiming for better outcomes.

Full audio with lip sync? I've seen impressive demos of this, but it's not 100% there yet. I'd go for subtitles only, get started with DeepL (e.g. with github.com/sinedie/SRTr...), and try to run it by real speakers.
