Same! Reading Rhythm of War right now. I've found it to be more of a slog than I am used to. Recently read Tess of the Emerald Sea with my daughter who lives in OR.

Thanks, Chris. And a delight to see WoT and Cosmere references in your bio.

Remarkably pointed and raw and for some of us, all to recognizable. This really connects.👏

What a wonderful testament to your dual transformations. And as readers you let us into your joy. ❤️

One of the things I love about your works, Jan, is how it broadens my own knowledge and awareness. I was not familiar with Cage's ASLSP project. Overlaying centuries—ages really—with the organ piece is inspired. I come away with a sense of us moving from mysticism to humanism to something unknown.👏🔥

Damn good take on the incongruity and dissonance we're living inside of these days. The references are such a clever way of walking us into the last 3 lines. Bold and sharp as ever, John. I'm sitting here saying "hell yeah."

The dissolution back to confinement is such an emotional collapse after that walk under the open sky. Very effective. 👏👏

When you can tell an entire story in such a refined space, it's a triumph. Really well done.👏

Marvelously elemental, Paul. And the Nine Sisters aspect really anchors it in myth and lore.

A great allegorical turn, Jude. Love how you bring us into a highly visual space and then pivot. 👏
